Work whenever you feel like it — and drop in on the programme points throughout the day.
9:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
11:30 - 12:00 Workout session
Lunch Lunch break — please bring your own
13:00 – 14:00 Co-creation session
15:30 – 16:30 Sauna, ocean dips, SUPs, kayak
What to bring
Yourself, your laptop/work equipment, lunch, swimwear & towel (if you want to enjoy the water), workout gear — or just work out in whatever you're wearing. Kids are welcome — there are toys and vehicles for them to play with.
Where does this take place.
We meet on Kullö (an isalnd in Vaxholm that can be reached by ferry or bus; as there is a bridge). Take the SL ferry to Fredriksberg/Vaxholm, then bike — or take the 670 bus to Kullö. Exact address in the event confirmation.
