Guided by professional dancer Maike Mohr, this session invites you to move and dance in a way that feels intuitive, grounding, and joyful. Through flowing, presence-led movement, you’re supported in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the pleasure of moving — while your baby rests securely with you.
There is no age limit for babies; they simply need to fit comfortably in a carrier. Movement is adaptable and non-performative, designed to meet you where you are.
The experience gently transitions into a cosy, shared community hang, creating space to land, connect, and stay a while. Postnatal experts are present on site, offering the opportunity for informal check-ins, questions, and guidance in a relaxed, conversational setting.
