There’s something spellbinding about the archipelago — that quiet mix of sea air, pine trees, and wide-open sky. Grinda feels like stepping into a storybook where everything slows, softens, and becomes just a little more magical.

Come join us in a place woven into the heart of Hej Babes — an island that’s close enough to feel effortless, yet far enough to feel like you’ve truly left the world behind.

Our home for the weekend sits tucked between forest paths and glittering shoreline. Mornings start with fresh sea breeze drifting through the windows, little feet running across wooden floors, and the sound of waves greeting the day. We’ll spend our time exploring winding trails, dipping into the cold, sharing long meals, and playing on rocky beaches that stretch on forever.

And if you have a moment to linger, the archipelago is full of tiny treasures: hidden swimming spots, cafés perched by the water, and ferries that carry you from one small adventure to the next. Every island has its own personality — but Grinda might just be the one you fall in love with.

Essential info

Prices include one Mother and one child (0 - 6 years). Additional children are at a small extra cost.

Included in the price:

  • 2 nights premium accomodation at Grinda Wärdshus

  • All meals, snacks, tea and coffe for both you and your child/ren

  • Daily yoga sessions and movement sessions

  • Fun kids yoga sessions

  • 3 hours of daily creative childcare per full retreat day

  • Montessori workshops for children & mums by certified Montessori early childhood educator start Amanda

  • Sauna sessions

  • Ocean water baths / Cold Dips

Not included:

  • Massages

  • Flights and other transfer modes to the location (we do guide on how to best get to the location though)
